Basic Instinct is a 1992 American thriller film directed by Paul Verhoeven. This was such a crapy movie, it's about a serial killer who doesn't even have a good reason why she kills random men. And another stupid thing is writes a book about the person she's about to kill and describes how she's going to kill them, this way no one suspects her because which killer publishes a book about their murder. A detective is assigned this case, sooner or later he falls in love with the killer and is blinded in his way of unfolding the truth. Overall, it's not worth 2 hours.
