Before Sunrise is a 1995 drama film starring Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy. This is a very simple story, about a romantic look at the relationship between an American traveler and a French grad student who decide to spend a day together in Vienna, but why it's such a beautiful movie is the conversation they have, they talk about anything that comes to mind, anything, politics, love, family, friends, reincarnation, technology , etc. And by looking at them you just wish that you had a chance like that to spend a whole day with a stranger, yet feel so happy that your in this world with them and never want to say goodbye.
Jesse: I feel like this is, uh, some dream world we're in, y'know.
Celine: Yeah, it's so weird. Its like our time together is just ours. It's our own creation. It must be like I'm in your dream, and you in mine, or something.
Jesse: And what's so cool is that this whole evening, all our time together, shouldn't officially be happening.
Celine: Yeah, I know. Maybe that's why this feels so otherworldly.
Before Sunset is a 2004 drama film starring Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy. The film picks up nine years later, when their paths intersect again. They decide to spend one afternoon together in Paris, and find out how much they missed each other, and we as an audience are wishing if they will ever get back together again.
Jesse: Oh, God, why didn't we exchange phone numbers and stuff? Why didn't we do that?
Celine: Because we were young and stupid.
Jesse: Do you think we still are?
Celine: I guess when you're young, you just believe there'll be many people with whom you'll connect with. Later in life, you realize it only happens a few times.
Jesse: And you can screw it up, you know, misconnect.
